Job searching support and skill-building

A significant portion of the programming at ACCESS is designed to support women who are seeking employment.

Our intensive job-readiness program, Stepping Stones, is designed to help women learn job searching best practices and interviewing skills, while receiving assistance with job applications. The week-long program ends with a shopping trip for interview attire and mock interviews. Women are also provided bus passes to ensure they can attend job fairs and interviews in the community.
