Zalinia Cole
Director of Development
Zalinia Cole, Director of Development, joined the ACCESS team in the summer of 2026. Zalinia brings 10 years of non-profit experience in team leadership, marketing, relationship building, fundraising, and development in support of mission advancement. She started her career in the for-profit sector supporting the supplemental education needs of students and quickly became passionate about servant leadership in the non-profit, social services sector.
Zalinia was born and raised in North Carolina where she graduated from Appalachian State University before relocating to Northeast Ohio in 2013.
